On the other hand, if you want to spend some quality time with your family, you can go to the picnic and barbecue area. Here, you can hang out with your friends and family, grill a couple of choice cuts of meat (and maybe even some veggies), and just have fun.

One amenity that the Mulberry Place has that many other condominium residences don’t is a fully-stocked game room. Located just a quick walk away from the main residential buildings, you will find the Mulberry’s game room where gamers can spend hours playing the latest video games, indulge in the classic ones from the 80s and 90s, and also partake in different board games. You can be sure that there will never be a dull moment when you step into this realm.

The great thing about the Mulberry Place is that you don’t even have to take one step outside of the compound if you need to go grocery shopping. There’s an SM Savemore supermarket branch located right inside the compound. So if you find yourself running out of sugar while in the middle of cooking, you can just take a quick romp outside to the supermarket and get all of the things that you need.

The Mulberry Place is as complete as they come, residence-wise. You will never find yourself in want for anything when you own a unit in this wonderful place.
